I am a third-year Post-baccalaureate Research Fellow in the Placental Cell Biology Group led by Dr. Carlos Guardia at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences/National Institutes of Health. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at the NIEHS I have gained many skills ranging from cell culture and isolation from human tissue to publishing papers.
