Jackson Sundgren is a rising 3rd year doctoral trainee in the lab of Dr. Xiaoqin Ye at the University of Georgia. His prospectus revolves around the interplay of small GTPase RhoA and its functions within the mammalian reproductive system, investigated via murine knockout models. He is particularly interested in roles of RhoA in ovarian steroidogenesis, embryo implantation, and preparation during the implantation window.
