Dr. Pan is a reproductive biologist with over a decade of research experience in female reproductive health, endocrinology, and chromosome biology. He has authored or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters, with an h-index of 16 and over 1,200 citations. Dr. Pan’s work has significantly advanced our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying oocyte development, meiotic chromosome dynamics, and reproductive aging. His long-standing commitment to reproductive science is evident through his scientific productivity and active involvement in professional societies.
