Caleigh E. Grote is pursuing her MS degree in Animal Physiology at Iowa State University. As a member of the A. F. Keating Lab, she focuses on ovarian follicular development and the effects of environmental toxicants on in vitro fertilization.
Caleigh earned her BS from the University of Missouri in Animal Sciences. She was highly active in undergraduate research and investigated a broad range of reproductive topics, including metritis, in vitro fertilization, endometrial organoids, and meiotic competence of oocytes.
Outside of research, she is also highly involved with agricultural extension youth programs through Iowa State University.
