The University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Professor Colin Duncan is a Clinician Scientist and Principal Investigator in the Centre for Reproductive Health at the University of Edinburgh. He has a longstanding interest in ovarian physiology, particularly the structure and function of the corpus luteum. His current research utilises preclinical large animal models of polycystic ovary syndrome where he is examining ways to improve ovarian and metabolic function. He is currently undertaking a project to translate recent therapeutic insights from this model into clinical practice. He is a subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at the Edinburgh Fertility and Reproductive Endocrine Centre.
