Kassandra is a second year Master's student in Nutritional Sciences in Dr. Matthew Dean's lab at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). As an undergraduate, she majored in Animal Sciences and got involved in bovine research then. She has continued to expand on her undergraduate work in her Master's program and volunteers at an animal shelter in her spare time. She has presented in various conferences such as the Upper Midwest Symposium for Reproductive Sciences, EVIT at the Beckman Institute, and UIUC sponsored Research Symposiums.
