I received by PhD in Animal Biotechnology from University of Hyderabad, India. During my doctoral program, I worked on teleost fish model to understand the role of sex-differentiating genes in gonadal development. In 2011, I joined National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) for my post-doctoral training where my research was focused on breast cancer and male infertility. I’m currently working as a staff scientist in pediatric & adolescent gynecology section at NIH. I’m primarily focused on single-cell & spatial transcriptomic analysis of human ovary to elucidate the etiology galactosemia and autoimmune primary ovarian insufficiency related conditions.
