I am a PhD candidate at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, focusing on reproductive physiology and the role of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) in male fertility. My research explores the expression and localization of H₂S-producing enzymes (CBS and CSE) in reproductive tissues and spermatozoa across maturation stages. Using ddPCR, immunofluorescence, and Western blotting, I investigate molecular mechanisms involved in sperm function and maturation. I actively present my work at international conferences and contribute to teaching at my department, assisting with courses in reproductive biology and molecular methods. My goal is to advance knowledge in sperm physiology and reproductive medicine.
