I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, focusing on hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) in reproductive physiology. My research investigates H₂S-producing enzymes (CBS and CSE) in boar reproductive tissues and spermatozoa, their localization, and effects on sperm motility and function. I use techniques such as Western blot, immunofluorescence, qRT-PCR, and CASA. In 2024, I completed a research internship at the University of Murcia focused on in vitro gamete manipulation. I have presented at international conferences and support teaching and lab training at the Department of Veterinary Sciences.
