Cristina García Merino, PhD Student. Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Biology, focusing on Bioinformatics, at the Department of Animal Reproduction (INIA-CSIC), Madrid, Spain, studying the integrated analysis of lncRNAs and other RNAs in spermatogenesis and sperm function in bovine and equine species. Obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's in Biomedicine and Biotechnology at the University of Jaén (UJA). Participated in a research project at the Andalusian Institute IFAPA, Málaga, developing nanocomposite-based strategies for controlling crop viruses via dsRNA technologies. To complement her background, she also specialized in Bioinformatics at Pablo de Olavide University (UPO).
