Jasmine is a Fulbright and Harding Scholar pursuing a PhD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Cambridge University. Her research with Professor Catherine Aiken investigates the pregnancy outcomes and experiences of women with cardiac conditions. She is also involved in advocacy work with uterine fibroids. In May 2024, Jasmine graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Biological Chemistry from Tulane University as a Stamps Scholar, Amgen Scholar, and Goldwater Scholar. Following her PhD, Jasmine will pursue an MD at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She plans to address inequities in female healthcare throughout her future career as a clinician scientist.
