Fernanda Luiza Facioli is passionate about science, embryology and animal biotechnology. She has a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Passo Fundo (Brazil) and pursued her MSc. degree in Animal Science at McGill University (Canada) in 2024. Currently, she is a PhD student at McGill University. Her research goals include exploring the role of transcription factors on embryo genome activation and the impact of DNA damage on early embryo development in pigs.
